Shipping in UAE

online-ocean.store Lighting Center provides free shipping on 5kgs below total item’s weight, with 250 AED and above purchased across all cities in the U.A.E. except some Remote /Non-service areas. Above 2000 it will be free delivery for Remote/Nonservice areas. Below 2000 AED there must be additional charges for Remote/Non-service areas depends on area or case to case. However, there might be limitations on delivering items to areas that come under customs regulations, such as all Free zone areas, military bases etc.

We also offer Express Delivery, within 3 days with an additional charge of  200 AED only within service areas.

Dibba City, Dibba Al Hassan, Madam, Hatta, Al Wagan, Al Qua, Bidda Zayed, Liwa, Gayathi, Marfa, Ruwais, Tarif, Sila, Madinat Zayed and other regions in Gayathi

Customer Pickup / Store Pickup

We also provide Free in Store Pickup. The customer can book online at online-ocean.store and collect the item to the nearest shop’s location. Pickup Schedule depends on the item’s availability. You will be advised by our online customer representative when the items will be ready for pickup.

Cancellation & Returns

For the benefit of our buyers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each item along with their images. This takes a whole lot of effort to compile.Please make sure to select the right product as per your requirement,

however if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we are offering a return facility which will be 25% charge and shipping charges which will be also carried out by the customer.

Unfortunately, We do not accept returns. In the event of change of status for the product (has been used or pack spoiled.. etc).

The returned products have to be in the Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came with the pack (if any).

Timelines of which will be informed to you at the time of generating a Return Request.

A return request can be generated from your Account dashboard once logged in.

Although we take necessary steps to assure the correct product is delivered to you, in the event that a wrong product is delivered to you, please raise a Return Request from your login dashboard within 3 days from delivery and well arrange to replace it with the correct product.
